ALEMANIA´S FALLS// SALTA

Duration: Full Day. (Tranfer in/out: 03:00 hs. Trekking: 07:00 hs.)
Difficulty: Medium-High. You must cross the river through rocks, making the walking very difficult.
Maximum altitude: 4567 ft
Elevation: 705 ft.

Depart from Salta city, towards the town of Alemanía, known for its old railway station, now abandoned.
Begin the journey along the river that borders the village. During the walk we will see the typical landscape of the area (cacti, carob, etc.). Then we continue our walk up to the "Cascade of Alemanía" about 15 meters high, forming a large amphitheater. We will have lunch at the lagoon of the waterfall and then begin the return.
