INTERESTED IN THE BRAZILIAN MARKET, SALTA PROMOTES THE ADVENTURE SPORTS FAIR
Salta Province participated in St. Paul of the Adventure Sports Fair, one of the most important tourism fairs in the world, attended by service agencies purchasing adventure travel, worldwide leaders. The Brazilian market is one of the greatest potential for growth in Argentina and the goal is to attract these tourists.
At the stand of Salta, through giant graphic and various brochures in Spanish, Portuguese and English, were promoted the diverse landscapes and attractions to develop adventure tourism in the province. The promotional campaign was done in collaboration between public and private sectors.
Movitrak companies were present, Tastil, Uma Travel, Train to the Clouds and Andean Trips, firms held meetings and strengthened contacts with various travel agencies Brazilian. Visitors to the stand they took informative brochures of various alternative tourism activities: kite buggy, rafting, horseback riding, canopy tours, mountain biking, hiking and mountaineering 4 x 4. ENDURANCE CHALLENGE - NORTH FACE - 7 MAY 2011
With over 1200 runners was The North Face Endurance Challenge 2011, one of the racing world's most recognized mountain. Runners participated in different parts of the country, as well as Chile, Canada, Brazil, USA and France.
The mountain ultramarathon, had four categories (10, 21, 50 and 80 kilometers), which departed from the Regiment, the first reace, was the 80 kilometers, just after 6 am, then it was the turn of the competitors of 50 miles at 8.30, continued 21 kilometers to get out at 10 and finally 10 km at 11.

LLULLAILLACO EXPERIENCE WITH PETER HEBELER
