Day 1: Salta. Arrival and transfer to the planned hotel.
In the afternoon, City Tour Salta. Visit the Plaza 9 de Julio, it´s churches and museums; San Bernardo hill with panoramic view of the city, then travel 10 km to the summer village of San Lorenzo, continue to the Quebrada de Castellanos and Vaqueros River, returned to the city to finally visit the Museum of High Mountain MAAM. Transfer to the planned hotel.

Day 2: Salta, San Antonio de los Cobres, Salinas Grandes, Barrancas, Purmamarca.
We depart from Salta to San Antonio de los Cobres (10991 ft.). We cross the ‘Quebrada del Toro’, this is a parallel route of the famous Train to the Clouds railways. Then we cross through ‘Abra Blanca’ (the highest point at 13386 ft.) where we have the first view of the Puna. We arrived to San Antonio de los Cobres. then continue along the National Route 40 towards the Salinas Grandes. Brief stop to observe the salt work and its artisans. Then depart to the town of Abdon Castro Tolay (Barracas) where we will have a trekking through great canyons to see cave paintings and petroglyphs. Lunch. We take our preview route to the unforgettable Purmamarca Cuesta de Lipan. Night at Purmamarca. (L, S, D)

Day 3: Purmamarca, Humahuaca, Cianzo, Palca de Aparzo, Aparzo, Tilcara, Salta.
Breakfast and free time to enjoy Purmamarca, the hill of seven colors, traditional market, the plaza and church. At noon departure towards the Quebrada de Humahuaca, Natural and Cultural Human Heritage. We arrived at the town of Humahuaca. After visiting Humahuaca we will turn off through the National Route #9 towards Coctaca. We will ascend the hill until we arrive to the ‘Hornocal’. Lunch. We continue towards the ‘Abra del Zenta’ where we will visit the towns of Cianzo, Palca de Aparzo and Aparzo, then return to Humahuaca. In the afternoon, return to Salta after visiting the church of Uquía, Tilcara, Tumbaya and Volcán. Arrival to Salta city. Accommodation at the planned hotel. (B, L, S)

Day 4: Salta. Transfer to airport / bus station.
